摘要
介绍了定位平衡压裂技术的工艺原理、工艺特点及及实施方法。该工艺通过定位平衡压裂封隔器上的长胶筒和喷砂体的组合来控制压裂目的层的裂缝形成的位置和吸液炮眼的数量,达到裂缝定位和使目的层产生水平裂缝的目的。结合现场应用指出该项目在大庆油田中后期高含水开发阶段可满足常规射孔井中低渗透油层段的压裂改造,一次施工可压开3~5个目的层,并对薄隔层进行平衡保护。该技术在大庆油田应用上百口井,工艺成功率达96%,平均单井日增油9t以上。含水率下降4~8个百分点。
This paper introduces the principles,characteristics and implementation of the positioning balance fracturing technique. The fractures' position and liquid intake perforation amount of the fractured target zones can be controlled by the combination of the long rubber barrel and sandblasting body on the positioning balance fracturing packers. By means of which,the fracture can be positioned and horizontal fractures can be created in the target zone. Field application indicates that this technique can meet the requirements of fracturing the low permeability oil reservoir in the conventional perforated well. It can create fractures in 3-5 target zones during once operation and can achieve balance protection to the intercalation. This technique has been used in nearly 100 wells in Daqing Field,the successful rate is more than 96%,the average daily incremental oil per well is more than 9t and the water cut rate decreases by 4%-8%.
