Analysis of Quality of Medicinal Lumbricus and Its Slices in Gansu

目的评价地龙市场质量,分析不合格项发生的原因和用药危害,找出解决问题的办法。方法对抽验的55批样品,按照《中国药典》2010年版一部、2005年版一部进行检验。结果市场地龙质量还存在一些问题,不合格项目主要集中在杂质、总灰分,且占有较大的比率,说明外源性杂质是不合格的直接原因。结论市场药用地龙采收加工未严格执行质量标准规定,未做到"全体剖开彻底清除虫体内脏、泥沙、异物"。建议规范地龙采收加工修制过程,加强标准执行监管,以确保地龙用药安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the quality of lumbricus marketing and analyze the reason of unqualified items and its medicinal risks to find a solution to the problem.Methods A total of 55 samples were tested according to Vol.I of Chinese Pharmacopeia 2010 and 2005 editions.Results Some quality problems still existed in lumbricus marketing.Impurities and total ash were the main unqualified items, and accounted for a large proportion, indicating that exogenous impurity was the direct cause of disqualification.Conclusions The harvesting and processing of medicinal lumbricus in the market is not strictly performed in accordance with the quality standard which requires that lumbricus should be completely open and its viscus, sediment, foreign matters should be thoroughly removed.It is proposed that harvesting and processing of medicinal lumbricus should be standardized, the supervision on the implementation of the standard should be enhanced to make sure that the use of lumbricus is safe and effective.
