石油焦循环流化床锅炉尾气净化除尘器的选择

SELECTION OF GAS CLEANER IN CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED BOILER WITH PETROLEUM COKE

根据石油焦循环流化床锅炉尾气中固体颗粒的物性、粒度分析和此种尾气净化的特点 ,对尾气净化除尘器的选择进行了综合对比分析。分离效率、压力损失、颗粒物性、投资和维护费用等是选择净化除尘器的主要因素。电除尘器和旋风分离器是首选的除尘设备 ,但电除尘器的投资大 ,旋风分离器的效率和阻力欠佳 ,需要开发高效低阻力的旋风分离器才可以适应工业需要。

Based on the properties of particles,particle size and gas cleaning features,the selection of gas cleaner was analyzed comprehensively.The separation efficiency,pressure drop,particle properties,investment and maintenance expense are major factors for selection.Both electrostatic dust separator and cyclone separator are prior selections.The former cost much and the latter is deficiency in efficiency and pressure drop.Thus,the cyclone with high efficiency and low pressure drop must be developed to meet commercial requirements.
