浅谈技术犯罪与我国刑罚

On Technological Crime and the Criminal Penalty of China

伴随着科学技术的发展 ,技术犯罪也由此产生 ,严重影响了社会生活。而我国《刑法》对技术犯罪的规定在实际操作中存在着困难 ,作者在提出完善技术犯罪定性的同时 ,提出了预防此类犯罪的重要性。

With the development of science and technology,technological crimes arise,and seriously affect our social life.The provisions of technological crime as stipulated in The Criminal Law,however,don't meet the needs in actual operation.The author in this article puts forward a way to perfectly determine the nature of technological crime,and at the same time stresses the importance of taking precautions against such crimes.
