摘要 传统施工过程变形监测主要在关键构件布置监测点,且平面与高程不能同时监测,无法同时反映工程结构三维信息与整体变形特征。用三维激光扫描技术,可以深入到复杂现场环境进行扫描操作,并可以直接实现各种大型的、复杂的、不规则、非标准的实体三维数据完整的采集,进而重构出实体的线、面、体、空间等各种三维数据,目前主要应用于工业制造、历史古建等领域,在建筑整体变形监测研究较少。本论文主要研究大跨钢结构施工过程整体变形监测方法,掌握结构整体变形特征,为大跨钢结构施工过程提供技术服务。 The deformation monitoring in traditional construction process mainly arranged monitoring points at the key components, and plane and altitude can not be monitored at the same time, so they fail to reflect the three dimensional information of structures and the features of overall deformation. But three - dimensional laser scanning teehnology even could work under more complicate condition, and it can successfully collect three-dimensional data of various large,complex,irregular and non-standard physicals directly. By this way, it can help to reconstnet the physicals' different three-dimensional data such as line, sudace, solid, space and so on. At present, this technology mainly applied in the field of industrial manufacturing and ancient history structures, but less used in the overall deformation monitoring research of buildings. This report focus on the monitoring technology on overall deformation of the construction process of large span steel structure, and knowing the overall deformation characteristics, at the same time providing technical services for the construction process of large-span steel structure.
