大批铁路站房的建成,其体量庞大、设备繁多的特点,急需一套先进的平台应用于运营管理,提升管理的效率。BIM理念在设施运营管理中将发挥越来越重要的作用,因为它很好地延承了BIM全生命周期的理念,重用了设计阶段的模型成果,提升了设施运营管理的质量和效率。
A large number of built railway stations have characteristics of large volume and many devices, urgent need an advanced platform used in operation management, improve management efficiency. BIM concepts play more and more important role in the operation of the facility management, because the idea of BIM lifecycle is inheritedbetter, reuse the results of the design phase of the model, to enhance the quality and efficiency of facility operations management.
