摘要
甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯 (HEMA)和丙烯酸长链烷基酯 (RA)的自由基共聚合是在 80℃时以二氧六环为溶剂 ,使用过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO)为引发剂聚合而成。采用了 IR、DSC、SEM等手段研究了该共聚物的结构与性能的关系。实验结果表明该共聚物的吸水性随共聚物中亲水基的增加而增加。
The radical copolymerization of 2 hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and aliphatic acrylate had been carried out in dioxane at 80 ℃ using benzoyl peroxide as initiator. The studies emphasized on the relationships between the structure and properties of copolymers. The microstructure of copolymers were characterized by IR, DSC and SEM and so on. The thermal and swelling properties were measured. From our studies, it is evident that as the content of HEMA in the copolymer increases the equilibrium value of water gain increases because of the higher hydrophilicity of the resulting copolymers.
