摘要
对超支化聚合物改性木棉纤维的活性染料染色工艺进行研究,结果表明,用20 g/L超支化聚合物对木棉纤维进行改性,再用2%(omf)活性染料诺威克隆RED FN-R于60℃进行染色,加入40 g/L NaCl促染,10 g/L Na2CO3固色,活性染料的上染率由改性前的约45%上升到近80%。
The reactive dyeing process of kapok fibers modified by hyperbranched polymer is analyzed. The results show that kapok fiber modified with 20 g/L hyperbranched polymer, and followed by dyeing at 60℃ with 2% (omf) Novacron red FN-R, 40 g/L accelerating agent NaCI and 10 g/L fixing agent Na2CO3, has improved dye uptake from previously 45% to nearly 80%.
