Low foam scouring agent LPconc

介绍低泡精练剂LPconc的制备方法及其应用性能,探讨低泡精练剂LPconc的耐碱稳定性和耐碱渗透性,及其在整个精练过程的泡沫状态。结果表明,低泡精练剂LPconc具有良好的耐碱稳定性和耐碱渗透性,应用到筒子纱或绞纱煮练工艺中,处理温度达53℃以上也基本无泡,用量为0.5 g/L时,可获得理想的毛效和白度。

The preparation and application of low foam scouring agent LPconc are introduced. The penetrability and stability in alkaline solution of scouring agent are discussed, as well as the foam status in scouring process. The results show that low foam scouring agent LPconc has good penetrability and stability in alkaline solution, there is little foam in the bath even when the temperature is more than 53 ℃ in cheese and skein scouring, and satisfactory capillary and handle can be obtained with the dosage of 0. 5 g/L.
