产聚羟基烷酸菌株的分离与鉴定

The Isolation and Identification of PHA Producing Strains

常州西郊采土壤样品 3个 ,进行细菌的富集及分离纯化。在产聚羟基烷酸 (PHA)的培养基上筛选了 6株PHA产生菌。通过形态培养特征和生理生化特性的研究 ,将其中 4株鉴定为芽孢杆菌 (Bacillussp .)

Strains were isolated from three soil samples collected from west suburb of Changzhou. Totally six strains which can produce PHA were obtained with the beef extract medium containing 0 5% glucose. According to the morphological and biochemical characteristics , four strains (41,H 2,6-11,5-10) were identified as Bacillus sp.
