The Application of Computer in Graphic Method to Determine the Residual Interface Pressure of Tube-to-tubesheet Joints

针对液压胀管残余接触压力图算法应用过程中 ,手工作图慢 ,作图精度难以保证的问题 ,提出了用计算机程序代替手工作图的新思路 ,编写了液压胀管残余接触压力图算法程序 ,用理论解析法对该程序进行了验证 。

In the application of graphic method to determine the interface pressure of hydraulically expanded tube-to-tubesheet joints of heat exchangers, the manual process is not only of low efficiency but also less precise. To resolve the problem, a computer program is proposed, and the program is verified by the analytical formulas. An example showing how to use the program to calculate residual interface pressure is presented by use of real tube (strain hardening) material.
