Research on Long-distance NG Pipeline Clearing

天然气管道在并网前必须进行管道清通,在长输管线中更因运行压力高,管道中所留杂物在运行中将损坏设备,使输配网瘫痪,后果不堪设想。文章通过浦东天然气长输管线清通工程进行探讨与研究,并加以总结以提高这方面的施工能力。

Before being connected to pipeline networks, the NG pipelines must be cleared, especially for long-distance pipelines because impurities will injure equipment during operation due to high operating pressure whichwill paralyze the transmission and distribution network whose result is unimaginable. In this article, discussionand research have been carried out on long-distance NG pipeline clearing in Pudong area and conclusion has beenreached on how to improve the construction capability in this regard.
