战后日本金融结构变迁：影响及对中国的借鉴意义

Transition of Financial Structure of Japan after WW Ⅱ:The Effect and Significance to China

通过介绍和梳理二战之后日本金融结构变迁的全部过程,旨在考察日本金融结构变迁的整体情况,分析并指出日本金融结构的特殊性以及对整个金融体系乃至经济增长的作用效果。"以间接金融为主,直接金融为辅"的金融发展战略对促进日本经济金融体系的完善起到了决定性作用;然而其转换的滞后性又为之后的金融危机埋下了伏笔。此外,通过分析日本金融结构变迁对中国金融体制改革的借鉴意义,指出在加快中国金融自由化改革的同时,也要加强和完善中国的金融监管,建立适合中国国情的金融可持续发展体制,从而推进中国经济的可持续发展。

This paper introduces and reviews the transition of financial structure of Japan after WW 11. It targets on the whole process and situation of financial structure of Japan, pointing out its particularity and the effect to the whole financial system and economic growth. We know that the strategy of ＂ indirect financing first, direct financing second＂ is the key point to promoting the perfection of financial system of Japan. How- ever, its stagnation may be the cause of the financial crisis afterwards. From analyzing the significance of tran- sition of financial structure of Japan to China, we should realize while accelerating the financial deregulation, we need to keep an eye on the regulation and build a sustainable financial system of our own.
