摘要
目的探寻医学院校现行的两种课程教学模式的不足,为临床型硕士研究生课程体系的进一步完善提供参考依据。方法对同时具有两种课程模式的某院89位临床型硕士研究生进行了以问卷为主的调查研究,分析学生选择这两种课程模式的倾向性以及学生对这两种模式的评价,通过卡方检验等方法对数据进行分析处理。结果约55.06%的学生选择集中半年时间完成理论课学习后再进行临床实践,但两种模式各有利弊,学生选择这两种课程模式的倾向性并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论完成半年理论课的学习再进行两年半的临床实践,可以在高效率的完成理论课的学习后将全部精力付诸到临床实践中。本次调查结果为制定更好的课程教学模式提供了参考依据。
Objective To research the shortcomings of two course models, and put forward the proposals for the curriculum system. Methods A total of 89 students are investigated by questionnaire. Analyzing the preference of these students and their evaluations. The data are analyzed by chi-square test methods. Results About 55.06% of the students choose to learn theory courses in half a year before clinical practice. But both models have advantages and disadvantages. There was no statistical difference between the two tendencies (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Learning theory courses in half a year before two and a half year clinical practice can pay all energy into clinical practice after the completion of high efficiency theory study. The survey results provide references for making a better study schedules for the clinical post- graduates.
