摘要
为缓解公交站场建设资金短缺、提高公交站场土地集约化利用,许多城市积极探索公交站场上盖物业综合开发。为合理确定上盖物业综合开发后的公交站场公交功能规模要求,确保上盖物业综合开发不影响公交站场应有的公交功能,首先阐述公交功能评估的必要性,然后提出公交站场背景客流需求规模和诱增客流需求规模的确定方法,从公交站场适应性、公交站场交通运营组织、周边路网承载力三个方面提出公交站场上盖物业开发公交功能评估方法,并提出相关建议,结合案例分析为公交站场上盖物业综合开发如何确保公交站场的公交功能提供了可行的方法和思路。
Lots of cities actively explore comprehensive development of bus station to response the construction funds shortage and improve the intensive land use of bus station. In order to determine the scale requirements of bus transit functions for comprehensive development of bus station and ensure the bus transit functions without affection, the paper first discusses the evaluation necessity of bus transit functions, and then puts forwards the way how to calculate the background passenger flows scale and induced passenger flows scale of bus station. Finally, the paper puts forwards the way of bus transit functions evaluation and some suggestions from three aspects: the bus station adaptability the traffic operation organization and the road network saturation. With case analysis, the paper gives some thoughts for how to ensure the bus transit functions of bus station comprehensive development
