摘要
考察加拿大丁腈橡胶NBR801(丙烯腈含量40%)和NBR802(丙烯腈含量18%)在回转轴油封胶料中的应用。结果表明:主体材料采用NBR801/NBR802(并用比85/15)并用,补强剂采用滚筒法炭黑,半补强炉法炭黑(并用比45/25)并用,填充剂采用25份碳酸钙,硫黄用量2~3份,促进剂采用促进剂M/DM/D(并用比1/0.5/0.7)并用,增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,松焦油(并用比10/2.5)并用,油封胶料的物理性能、耐磨性能、耐低温性能和耐油性能较好,成品油封性能达到使用要求。
In this study, the application of Canadian nitrile rubber NBR801 (acrylonitrile content of 40%) and NBR802 (acrylonitrile content of 18%) in the rotary shaft oil seal compound was investigated. The optimized compound formulation was as follows: rubber material was NBR801/NBR802 at the blending ratio of 85/15, reinforcement system was blend of roller carbon black/semi-reinforcing furnace black with the ratio of 45/25, 25 parts of calcium carbonate was applied as filler, sulfur dosage was 2 to 3 parts, accelerators M/DM/D were at the ratio of 1/0.5/0.7, and plasticizers were dibutyl phthalate and pine tar with the ratio of 10/2.5. The physical properties, wear resistance, low temperature resistance and oil resistance of the compound were excellent, the functional performance of finished seal fully met the application requirement.
