我国联醇工业的现状及发展

STATUS AND DEVELOPMENT OF CO PRODUCTION OF AMMONIA AND METHANOL IN OUR COUNTRY

合成氨联产甲醇是我国化肥企业开展多种经营、提高经济效益的重要途径之一。该文从醇氨比、造气、变换、合成气脱硫、甲醇合成塔内件设计、甲醇精馏塔和精馏馏程、净氨、联醇新工艺等方面探讨了合成氨联产甲醇的发展现状及存在的问题 ;并就我国联醇生产提出了一些建议。

The co production of ammonia and methanol is one of the important ways for China’s chemical fertilizer enterprises to diversify operations and raise economic benefits.This article presents the developing status and existing problems in ammonia/methanol production.Suggestions about China’s present practice of ammonia/methanol co production are also given.
