6例胃癌行远端切除术后并发胃瘫的分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的 探讨胃癌行远端切除术后并发胃瘫的临床及治疗特点.方法 回顾性分析自2011年1月-2013年7月该院普外科收治58例胃癌患者行远端切除术的临床资料.结果 58例胃癌患者均行远端胃切除术＋D2根治术,有6例术后出现胃瘫（10.34%）,术后一般10~15 d出现胃瘫,胃瘫持续时间最长为55 d,最短为6 d,平均为20.66 d.结论胃癌应做好术前评估,积极治疗胃瘫.
