摘要
图书馆应用RFID技术对于读者借阅、整架排书、馆员工作等各方面工作都有帮助,但与此同时,也存在对读者隐私的潜在威胁,具体表现在对读者敏感信息的收集和存储、对读者数据进行人格分析、潜在的商业化利用以及对读者的非法跟踪和定位。为了更好的保护读者隐私,本文结合国内外的立法和图书馆实践,提出四类建议,包括最少必要信息的收集、RFID应用和存储信息类型的公开、信息安全保护工作以及赋予读者加入和退出的自主权利。
It possesses help for various aspects work in library＇s application of RFID technology for the readers lending, entire row of books and the librarians＇ work etc., but at the same time, there is also a potential threat to readers privacy, the specific performance in the sensitive information to readers on reader data collection and storage, personality＇s analysis, the potential commercial use of illegal tracking and positioning as well as to the readers. In order to a better protecting for the privacy of the readers, in this paper, it＇s combined with the domestic and foreign legislation and the library practice, four types of suggestions including the minimum necessary information collection, information stored in the RFID applications and types of public, information security and protection work, as well as giving the reader to join and exit autonomous rights are put forward.
