摘要
应用动态有限元和试验模态分析技术研究S195柴油机机体的动态特性 ,从固有频率和振型两个方面比较两种方法的分析结果 ,两者基本一致。通过结构的受迫响应模拟 ,从各部分变形数据分析实际使用中的故障机理 ,结果表明 :利用有限元分析技术预测机体结构的动态特性和变形 。
The dynamic characteristic analysis for cylinder block of S195 diesel engine is performed by use of dynamic finite element and experimental modal analysis. The results about natural frequency and modal shape in the finite element analysis and modal analysis are almost equal. Through deformation data analysis of forced response simulation on the block struction the trouble mechanism is found. The results show that predicting the dynamic characteristic and deformation by finite element analysis is re liable and efficient.
