摘要
采用多因素旋转回归设计方法 ,进行 375柴油机减烟试验 ,建立了该机的烟度及功率、油耗等综合指标随喷油嘴型号、供油时间及喷射压力而变化的关系 ,从而进行优化匹配 。
Experiments are conducted with multifactors rotational reqression design to reduce exhaust smoke of model 375 diesel. Relations between the comprehensive indexes, such as exhaust smoke density power output and fuel consumption, and di fferent nozzles, injection timing and injection pressure are established, on which optimization can be realized to further reduce exhaust smoke.
