摘要
从中国生态公益林、商品林、经济林等建设对优质、高产、抗性、稳定林木新品种需求的紧迫性出发 ,分析了我国林木遗传育种工作的现状 ,提出以基因工程为主体的生物技术、“种子卫星”航天搭载育种、常规育种和林木种质资源保存等 4个方面的工作 ,是新世纪中国林木育种技术需求的重点内容 ,也是为西部地区生态环境建设、速生丰产林建设、经济林良种基地建设提供优良新品种的基础和关键。
Depend upon the large amount demand for new varieties with traits of high quality, productive, resistant and stability to Chinese ecological and public benefits forests, commercial forests and non-timber forests, the current statement of forest and tree breeding research were reviewed. And the author also made comments on the utilization of biotechnology by means of gene engineering ,'space radiation breeding'by space-shutter, tradition breeding and geneticresources conservation, which are the basic and key points supplying new genetic planting material for Chinese forest and tree breeding, ecological and environmental refine for Western-China, fast-growing forests development, nontimber forests.
