对当代黑非洲国家民族政策的几点思考

本文对黑非洲国家的民族政策和民族关系进行了比较分析。在此基础上阐述了种族主义、泛民族主义、大民族主义、地方民族主义和部族主义对民族政策的影响；民族政策与国家体制。

On the basis of analysing and comparing the ethnic policies and the relations among the ethnic groups in Sub - Sahara African countries, this article expounds the influences upon the policies towards ethnic groups exerted by racism, pan - nationalism, ethnic chauvinism, local- nationalism and buzuism（＂buzu＂refers to the people＇s communities in the intermediate state of the transition from tribal confederacies to modern ethnic groups or nationalities） ; and the relations between the policy towards ethnic groups and the system of a state, the system of political parties, and the pattern of ethnic process.
