代价与转机:印尼华人问题辨析

本文以今年５月印度尼西亚首都雅加达排华暴乱为背景，就印尼华人问题的历史根源和现实原因进行了论述，对印尼独立建国以来，特别是苏哈托统治时期对华人实行的强迫同化政策进行了分析，指出了其政策的内在矛盾及其社会效果，揭示了印尼华人作为印尼统治阶级转嫁社会矛盾的“替罪羊”角色。同时，文章认为印尼华人在经历了这次空前的排华灾难和付出了惨重代价之后正在觉醒。印尼华人对自身境遇的认识和印尼社会在内、外压力下对同化政策的反思。

With the riot excluding the local ethnic Chinese occured in Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, this May as background, this article expounds the historical source and actual causes of the issue of the Indonesian Chinese. It analyses the compulsory assimilation policy towares the local ethnic Chinese, whien has been carried out since Indonesia＇ s independence, especially in the period of Suharto＇ s being in power, points out tile policy＇ s inherent contradictions and its social effects, and reveals the social role of the Indonesian Chinese taken as the scapegoat by which the Indonesian ruling class shifts the the social contradictions. The article concludes that being costed dearly the Indonesian ethnic Chinese are awakening and facing the possibility taming for the better after they have realized their circumstances and because of Indonesian society＇ s reflection on the compulsory assimilation policy under the pressure from insied and outside.
