In order to change this situation, raise the designer＇s initiative, as well as control the cost of electrical installation engineering within reasonable limits, a complete and available cost control system for electrical installation engineering should be established, thus to ensure a sound manpower, material and financial resources consumotion and favorable social and economic benefits.
