摘要 为了合理地表征液相色谱-串联质谱法检测菠菜中涕灭威残留量检测结果的分散性,提高实验室检测数据的完整性和可靠性,文章对GB/T 20769-2008《水果和蔬菜中450种农药及相关化学品残留量的测定液相色谱-串联质谱法》检测程序完整地分析,建立了数学模型,确定了各不确定度的来源及分量,选择了合理的评定方法,计算出检测结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。从评定结果中可以看出:结果不确定度主要来源于样品预处理、标准曲线的制作和检测设备。 In order to characterize reasonably the dispersion of aldicarb residues in the spinach by the method of liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS), and to improve laboratory testing data integrity and reliability, the detection program of GB / T 20769-2008 "Fruits and vegetables at 450 pesticides and related chemicals residues of liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry " was analyzed completely in the article. A mathematical model was carried out to determine the various sources and quantity of uncertainty. A reasonable evaluation method was selected to calculate the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. It can be seen from the evaluation that the results uncertainty mainly came from the uncertainty of sample preparation, standard curve and testing equipment.
