摘要
探讨纺纱厂设计与管理中的节电措施。介绍了某公司4个纱线品种纺纱电耗所占直接生产成本的比例,考量产品生产成本电耗指标。在工厂设计和改造中选用机电一体化设备、新型驱动技术、水冷电机、滤波无功补偿技术等先进的技术和设备,采取对照明和空调风机风叶改造等措施。通过采取合理工艺设置、完善节能管理制度、合理安排生产计划等管理措施,使产品可比单位产量综合电耗控制在标准范围内。认为:在工厂设计、机器选型、技术改造和生产管理等方面,采用先进的技术和管理手段可有效控制并降低纺纱电耗。
Energy-saving measures in spinning mills design and management were discussed. Ratio of one company four yarn products electricity consumption occupied direct production cost was introduced, production cost electricity consumption index was considered. In spinning mill design and modification, advanced technology and equipment were adopted including mechatronics products, new drive technology, water-cooled motor, filter reactive power compensation technology. Related modifications were done on lighting and air conditioning fan blades. A series of management measures were adopted including selecting rational processing arrangement, perfecting energy saving management system, arranging production plan rationally, finally production energy consumption can be controlled in standard range. It is con- sidered that spinning energy consumption can be controlled and reduced through adopting advanced technology and management measures in aspect of mill design, equipment selection, technology modification and production management.
