摘要 研究低温等离子体处理对PBO纤维断裂强度和微观形态的影响。采用低温等离子体对PBO纤维进行处理,筛选出低温等离子体处理PBO纤维的最佳条件,分别采用扫描电镜和偏光显微镜观察处理前后纤维的表观结构和横截面,并利用红外分析光谱对等离子体处理前后纤维的结构进行了分析。结果表明:等离子体处理后PBO纤维的比表面积增大,同时在纤维表面引入了吸电子基团,而PBO纤维强度和横截面变化不显著。认为:低温等离子体处理改善了纤维的界面性能,有助于提高PBO纤维的染色性能。 Effect of low temperature plasma treatment on PBO fiber breaking intensity and micromorphology were studied. PBO fiber was treated by low temperature plasma, the best condition was optimized to treat PBO fiber by low temperature plasma. Surface structure and cross-section of PBO fiber treated by plasma were observed by scanning elec- tron microscopy and polarizing microscope. PBO fiber before and after treated by plasma were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The result shows that specific surface area of PBO fiber is increased, electron withdrawing groups is introduced into the PBO fiber surface. Intensity and cross-section of PBO fiber are not changed significantly. It is considered that surface property of PBO fiber can be improved through low temperature plasma treatment, dyeing property of PBO fiber can be improved.
