防X射线共混纤维织物的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨纳米硫酸钡再生纤维素共混纤维织物的制备与防X射线效果和影响因素。将纳米硫酸钡加入再生纤维素纺丝液制备出不同的纳米硫酸钡共混纤维,并通过织袜机分别织造出试样。利用扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶红外分析、X射线衍射等表征共混纤维的形态和结构,并测试了各试样的耐水洗性。利用医用数字化X射线摄影系统拍摄了共混纤维及其织物的X光片,以X光片的相对灰度值表征防X射线效果。结果表明:共混纤维内纳米硫酸钡与再生纤维素在非结晶区形成化学键,试样耐水洗性优良,随着共混纤维及其织物中纳米硫酸钡含量和织物厚度的增加,相对灰度值会变大,说明吸收X射线量越多,防X射线效果越理想。认为:纳米硫酸钡再生纤维素共混纤维及其织物具有理想的防X射线辐射效果。 Anti X-ray effect and influence factors of nano barium sulfate regenerated cellulose polyblend fiber and its fabric were discussed. Nano barium sulfate was put in regenerated cellulose spinning solution, the polyblend fiber containing different nano barium sulfate was made. Samples were woven by hosiery machine. Morphology and structure of the polyblend fiber were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared analysis and X-ray diffraction et al. Washability of the samples were tested. The X-ray films of polyblend fiber and its fabric were recorded by medical digital X-ray imaging system, anti X-ray effect was showed by relative gray value of X-ray film. The result shows that in polyblend fiber non-crystalline area, nano barium sulfate and regenerated cellulose are formed chemical bond. Washability of the samples is better. As nano barium sulfate contain and fabric thickness increase, relative gray values of the fiber and its fabric are increased, which indicates that the more X-ray absorption, the better anti X-ray effect. It is considered that anti X-ray effect of nano barium sulfate regenerated cellulose polyblend fiber and its fabric are better.
