Development and Application of Software for Creating Slub Yarn Processing Parameter XML Document

探讨竹节纱工艺XML文档生成软件的开发与应用。为了解决Zinser351型细纱机无法读取竹节纱Excel工艺单,且手动输入参数费时费力的问题,利用Visual Basic 6.0高级编程语言,开发了一种竹节纱工艺快速生成软件。该软件能够将竹节纱Excel工艺单中的工艺参数转换到细纱机能够读取的XML文档中,并通过细纱机上的U盘接口完成竹节纱工艺参数的快速设置。认为:该软件操作简单,性能稳定,完全能够满足需求功能,实现了Zinser351型细纱机竹节纱工艺快速设置。

Development and application of software for creating slub yarn processing parameter XML document were discussed. To solve Zinser351 spinning frame unable to read slub Excel processing parameter list and problems of manual input parameter time-consuming, one new slub processing parameter generation software was developed by Visual Basic 6.0 senior programming language. Processing parameter in slub yarn Excel processing parameter list can be trans- formed to XML document readed by spinning frame. Slub yarn processing parameter can be selected quickly through U disk interface of spinning frame. It is considered that the software is simple and stable, the functional demand can be reached, slub yarn processing parameter of Zinser351 spinning frame can be selected quickly.
