摘要 探讨舒弹丝棉精梳混纺纱的生产工艺。介绍了舒弹丝的原料性能,以舒弹丝/棉60/40 28 tex精梳混纺纱为例,指出了其生产工艺要点。必须保证纤维混和均匀、混纺比准确;清棉工序降低打手速度;梳棉工序采取弹性针布剥离盖板花;采用三道并条、一道精梳并条;条并卷牵伸倍数不宜过大;粗纱捻系数90;细纱采用赛络紧密纺工艺,以减少毛羽和常发性纱疵;络筒采用小张力及上蜡工艺,最终成纱条干CV值达到12.45%,细节1个/km,粗节18个/km,棉结25个/km。认为:应用舒弹丝棉精梳混纺纱可以拓宽弹力织物的原料范围。 Processing parameter of combed Shutansi cotton blended yarn was discussed. Shutansi fiber property was introduced. Taking Shutansi/cotton 60/40 28 tex combed blended yarn as example, the key points in production were pointed out. Fiber blending evenness and precise blending ratio should be ensured firstly. Beater speed should be reduced in picking process. Elastic card clothing was adopted to remove card strips. Three-time drawing and one combing were adopted. Draft multiple of sliver and lap combined machine should be not large. Roving twist factor was 90. Siro spinning process and compact spinning process were adopted in spinning to reduce hairiness and frequent yarn defects. Less tension and waxing were adopted in winding process. Finally yarn evenness CV value is 12. 45% ,thin place is 1 per kilometer,thick places are 18 per kilometer, neps are 25 per kilometer. It is considered that raw material range of elastic fabric can be increased by applying Shutansi cotton combed blended yarn.
