摘要
为提高精梳桑皮纤维棉18.5 tex转杯纱质量,对转杯纺纺纱专件和工艺参数进行了试验优化。利用多目标灰色局势决策法优选纺纱专件,得出较优纺纱元件组合为OK37型分梳辊、R4盘香式陶瓷假捻盘以及直径38 mm的U形转杯;通过正交试验优选纺纱工艺参数,得出较优生产工艺为分梳辊速度6 000 r/min、转杯速度60 000 r/min、设计捻系数460,该工艺较好地达到提升纺纱质量的目的。认为:多目标灰色局势决策和正交试验方法在多目标的试验优选中能够发挥较好的作用。
To improve combed mulberry fiber cotton 18.5 tex rotor yarn quality, rotor spinning components and processing parameter were tested and optimized. Spinning components were optimized through multiple objective gray situa- tion decision method, the better spinning component combination are OK37 type combing roller, R4 coil ceramic falsetwist plate, U shape rotor with 38 mm diameter. Spinning processing parameter was optimized through orthogonal test, the better spinning parameter is combing roller speed 6 000 r/min, rotor speed 60 000 r/min, design twist factor 460, finally yarn quality can be improved well. It is considered that better effect can be realized by multiple objective gray situation decision method and orthogonal test in multiple objective optimizations.
