Safely application of discharge structure with face rock-fill dam is as important as dam construction, which has many functions, such as discharging, desihing, evacuation, impoundment, initial operation and discharge of environment flow. In recent years, it has been paid attention that damage of spillway and pressure tunnel, limiting application of zero-pressure, landslide caused by erosion and atomization. Based on cased of design and application of discharge structure, application state and problems exits in main discharge structure, and countermeasures on improving durability of discharge structure.
