摘要
目前国内碾压沥青混凝土心墙分一、二期施工的工程多采用扩大接头型式,旁多工程采用包裹式接头型式,需开展包裹式接头型式专项研究。通过对包裹式接头型式进行室内材料性能试验、现场模拟试验、现场施工工艺试验和有限元计算分析研究,选定包裹式接头结构的主要参数,同时,建议施工过程中应根据现场试验情况选择合适的施工方法,避免上层施工对下层已施工完接合面的干扰,并对接合面采取针对性的质量控制和检测措施。
At present, expansion type connector is mostly used by Phase-I and Phase-II construction of earth-rockfill dam with asphalt concrete core. Package type connector is applied by Pangduo Project, therefore special study needs to be carried out. Through analysis of experiment of material character of package type connector, on-site modeling and construction technique and studies by method of Finite Element Calculation, main parameters are obtained. Meanwhile, it is suggested to select suitable construction method in line with experiment results, so as to avoid disturbance of upper layer construction to the completed connection surface at lower layer by means of quality control, inspection and monitoring.
