基于h_α指数的不同学科领域科研水平评价研究 被引量:4

摘要 由于不同学科领域科研活动的特殊性,不能直接用h指数来评价不同学科领域的科研水平。提出了一种新的h指数标准化方法,通过给不同学科领域的hα指数中的α赋值,以使不同学科领域反映科研水平的指数值可以进行直接比较。并通过比较学者的h指数和hα指数排序来验证α取值的有效性。 Considering the specificity of different disciplines, it's not suitable to directly compare scientific achievement in different disciplines with h index. This paper is trying to put forward a new normalization mechanism to make index value which reflecting the scientific performance evaluation comparable by assigning an ct value for hα index in different disciplines. In addition, the hα index and h index are used to rank scientists, and the ranking results are compared to show the validity.
