摘要
以中国高新技术企业为被试对象,通过开展问卷调查,探讨技术创新网络中核心企业领导风格对网络成员创新氛围感知的影响。结果显示:技术创新网络中,核心企业情境型领导风格对网络成员的创新支持感知和参与安全感知均有较高的正向影响,但对成员的愿景目标感知无显著影响;核心企业变革型领导风格对网络成员的创新支持感知有较高的影响,对成员的愿景目标感知有中度影响,但对网络成员的参与安全感知无显著影响。
In order to understand the relationship between the leading firm's leadership style and the network members cognition about innovation climate in the network, this study conducts the research by the questionnaire survey procedure in Chinese High-Technology corporations and access relevant information. The results showed that the contextual leadership has the remarkable influence on the focal firm' innovation encourage and participative safety, but has no remarkable influences on common vision; Focal firm's transformational leadership have the remarkable influence on the innovation encourage and common vision, but has no remarkable influences on participative safety .
