摘要
以环氧树脂E-20,甲基丙烯酸甲酯,苯乙烯及丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,丙烯酸(AA),甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(E-10P)为功能单体,巯基乙醇(ME)为链转移试剂在二丙二醇甲醚和丁醇的混合溶剂中采用溶液聚合工艺,通过后期加水分散制备了水溶性改性羟基丙烯酸树脂。通过对合成树脂粘度和分子质量以及涂膜性能的检测研究了反应物用量对产物性能的影响。结果表明:E-20,E-10P,ME及引发剂质量分数分别为为10%,15%,0.3%和1.2%时,可以得到性能优异的水溶性环氧改性羟基丙烯酸树脂,以其所配制的水性烘烤涂料满足水性玻璃酒瓶漆的要求。
A waterborne epoxy modified hydroxyl acrylic resin was synthesized using epoxy resin E-20, methyl methacrylate, styrene and butyl acrylate as main monomers, acrylic ( AA), hydroxyethyl methaerylate (HEMA) and glycidyl versatate(E-10P) as functional monomers and mereaptoethanol(ME) as chain transfer agent in a mixed solvent of propylene glycol methyl ether and butanol by solution polymerization and later adding water for disper- sion. The effect of reactants amount on the properties of product was investigated by the testings of viscosity and mo- lecular weight of the synthetic resin and film properties. The results showed that the water-soluble epoxy-modified hydroxyl acrylic resin with excellent performance could be obtained when mass fraction of E-20, E-10P, ME and initiator was 10%, 15%, 0. 3% and 1. 2%, respectively and the aqueous baking paint made of it met the re- quirements of aqueous glass bottle paints.
