摘要
按AGREE分配法对α-Fe2O3气体传感器进行可靠性分配,并采用结构重要 度法确定重要度因子.经过2次可靠性分配,求得组成气体传感器各单元的可靠性指标,工作 时间t=10050 h时,其可靠度可达到0.99,满足了气体传感器的可靠性要求.
By AGREE reliability apportionment of α-Fe2O3 gas sensors is intr oduced, and importance factors are determined by the method of structral importa nce. The reliability target of every unit in gas sensors is obtained through two times' reliability apportionment. When the work time t=10050 h, reliability degree achieve 0.99, so the reliability demand can be statisfied.
