科学不端行为已经成为科学界的一个热点问题。科学不端行为的定义我国基本界定为在研究和报告中篡改、伪造和剽窃行为。科学不端行为广泛存在于各个国家。通过案例分析了科学不端行为产生的主客观原因,并对此提出了加强学术道德和品行的建设,完善相关制度和措施制止科学不端行为。
