《毛传》与河间古文诸经关系考

An Observation on the Relations of Mao Zhuan and the Classic Books

《毛传》与《左传》、《周官》、《礼记》多有契合,《左传》在汉初流传不广,仅在河间立有博士,《周官》乃献王搜罗,《考工记》乃献王补苴,至于《礼记》各篇,也主要来源于献王收集的古文《记》。惟有毛苌,身为河间献王博士,有先睹诸经之便,并采其文以入《毛传》。

There are similarities between Mao Zhuan,Zuo Zhuan, Zhou Guan and Li J i. Zuo Zhuan was less known in the early years of Han Dynasty,the articles in Zhou Guan were collected by Xian,who also supplemented the Kao Gong Ji. As to I.i Ji,its main source was the book namely Ji gathered by Xian. It was Mao Chang,doctor of Xian,who could read the classic books and then introduce the related chapters into Mao Zhuan.
