歌唱艺术要想走向世界,首先必须加强民族个性。民族个性越浓,世界性越强。当今的世界正处于一个全球化和文化多元化的时代,这就为中国民族声乐艺术的传承发展以及走向世界提供了时代的机遇。我们必须抓住这一历史时机,充分利用一切可以利用的机会和渠道,让国人喜爱自己的声乐文化;让世界各国人民了解中国民族声乐文化,并进而喜欢、热爱我国的民族声乐文化。在传承中国传统声乐文化中,发展和创新我国民族声乐文化;打造经济强国的同时,也必须打造文化强国的形象。因此,加强中国声乐艺术的民族性发展,以及世界性的传播,就更是具有战略性的意义。

If vocal music art of one nation wants to find its way to the world, it must first strengthen its nationality. The more national,the more international the art will be. Nowadays, the world is in the era of globalization and cultural diversity,which gives Chinese vocal music art the opportunity of inheritance and development as well as the prosperity in the world. We have to seize the historical opportunity to make use of every possible ways and chances to make Chinese people love their own vocal art and make the people around the world know it and then gradually love it. Chinese vocal music art should also be developed and innovated during the process of inheritance. Our nation should also improve to be a culture-powerful nation while on the way to be an economy-powerful one. Therefore, strengthening the nationality and the international spread of Chinese vocal music art are of great strategic significance.
