摘要
教育是以"培养人"为主旨的社会实践活动。无论是教育理想还是理想的教育都以受教育者完满人性的生成为终极关怀。完满人性是人性系统全面、均衡发展的结果,而人性化教育作为教育理想的应然表征,必须在对个体的积极引导中不断拓展和深化人性的不同纬度,并使之得到总体性的生成。为了实现"合人性"的教育理想,我们应自觉坚持"以人为本"的立场,推动教育实践在理念、过程、关系方面的人性化。
Education is the social practice activity with "human--cultivating" as the theme. Both educational ideal or the ideal education take the generation of perfect human nature as ultimate concern. The perfect human nature is the result of the comprehensive and balanced development of the human nature system. As one kind of representations of educational ideals,humanity education should broaden and deepen different latitudes of human nature, and make them overall generation in the process of positive guidance for students. In order to realize the humanized educational ideal, we should insist the standpoint of people-oriented, and promote the humanization of educational practice in the dimensionalities of ideas process and relationship.
