摘要
"问题大学生"教育转化工作不仅关系着祖国未来事业的发展,更关系着国民精神面貌和心理素质的提高。做好教育转化工作不仅能够帮助大学生以积极的、健康的心理状态去适应学校和社会环境,促进其身心健康发展,增强其承受挫折和耐受挫折的能力,还有利于培养德、智、体全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。笔者将从"问题大学生"教育转化前期、转化中期及转化后期三个维度来展开论述,为进一步做好"问题大学生"教育转化工作提供经验借鉴和理论参考。
The alternating education of "exceptional undergraduates" involves not only the future development of China;it involves the improvement of citizen spiritual and psychological diathesis. Good alternating education can not only help students to adapt the school and social environment in a positive, healthy state of mind, to promote physical and mental development,strengthening their anti-frustration ability,it is also conducive to cultivating the all-round moral, intellectual and physical of builders and successors of the socialist. This article discusses from three dimensions of the "exceptional undergraduates"--the early,middle and late phase. Provide the experience and theoretical reference for the further jobs of "exceptional undergraduates" alteration.
