3G环境下高校班级建设的对策研究

高校班级建设是高校开展大学生思想政治教育的一个重要阵地。当前3G环境下,新媒体、新技术的快速发展,使高校班级建设面临新的问题和挑战。研究适用于3G环境下的高校班级建设对策,对于加强和改进新时期高校班级建设,发挥高校班级在思想政治教育中的作用具有重要意义。3G环境下的班级建设,要着重利用3G网络互动交流功能,扬长避短,促进班级凝聚力的提升;构建适应3G网络环境的班级管理模式,推进高校班集体建设与时俱进;利用3G网络环境发挥优秀集体和个人的典型示范作用;创新班级干部的选拔和培养方式;加强辅导员及班级干部对3G网络技术的掌握、运用和管理能力。

Construction of university class is an important position for carrying out ideological and political education of college students. In the current 3G environment, with the rapid development of New Media and New Technology, the construction of university class is confronted with new problems and challenges. Research on the countermeasures for construction of university class under the 3G environment is very important for strengthening and improving the new era of construction of university class. This research will also help college classes conduct ideological and political education. In order to reinforce class cohesion,construction of university class under the 3G environment should emphasize the use of 3G network interaction and bypass the disadvantages. To keep pace with time,construction of university class under the 3G environment should build the class management type to adapt to the 3G network environment. Using the 3G environment to make the model function of outstanding collective and individuals work, innovating the ways of selection and training of class cadres,strengthening the capacity of counselors and class cadres in grasping, using and managing the 3G network technology are also elaborated in this paper.
