摘要
本研究以舒曼(L.S.Shulman)对专业知识的分类为理论基础进行深入的调查研究。通过问卷测查了东北教师教育实验区的12所县域高中在职音乐教师和东北师范大学、吉林师范大学、长春师范大学音乐学专业大四师范生的专业知识现状。调查结果显示:师范生的教育理论知识掌握情况欠佳;音乐师范生与在职高中音乐教师的专业知识水平大相径庭;不同类型院校的师范生专业知识水平不同。笔者对调查结果所呈现出的音乐教师专业知识现状提出三点对策。
This study aims at the profound investigation and research of current situation based on the classification of specialized knowledge by L. S. Shulman. The questionnaires examine the specialized knowledge situation of working music teachers from 12 counties' senior high school in northeast teachers' education pilot area as well as the professional senior students majoring in music from the Northeast Normal University, Jilin Normal University, and Changchun Normal University. The result shows that the students have no enough educational theoretical knowledge, the specialized knowledge of the senior students are quite different from that of the working teachers from senior high, and normal students from different types of universities are of different levels in expertise. The author raises three strategies about the current situation of the specialized knowledge of music teachers showed by the survey.
