无针喷射麻醉在成人二氧化碳激光包皮环切术中的应用观察

Observation on application of no-needle jet injection anesthesia to adult male circumcision using CO_2 laser

目的探讨在成人中无针喷射麻醉下行二氧化碳激光包皮环切术的安全性及有效性。方法将100例需要行包皮环切术的患者,随机分为A、B两组,每组50例。A组:用5ml注射器、2%利多卡因行传统的阴茎根部环形阻滞麻醉。B组:用MadaJet装置进行喷射注射麻醉。两组患者均接受CO2激光包皮环切术。结果两组之间麻醉生效时间、手术中疼痛及手术时间无明显差别,B组麻醉药物使用量以及实施麻醉时的疼痛评分明显少于A组。结论成人二氧化碳激光包皮环切术,无针刺喷射麻醉痛苦小、麻醉药用量少,是一种安全、有效的麻醉方法。

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of no-needle jet injection anesthesia on adult male circumcision u- sing C02 laser. Methods A total of 100 patients who would undergo circumcision using CO2 laser were divided into two groups. Group A （ n = 50） was given conventional local ring-block anesthesia using 5 ml syringe and 1% lidocaine solution, and Group B （n = 50） was given no-needle jet injection anesthesia using MadaJet device. Results There were no significant differences in the time to onset, operative duration and the operative VAS. The anaesthetic VAS and dosage of anaesthetic were significantly de- creased in Group A. Conclusion To adult male circumcision using CO2 laser, no-needle jet injection anesthesia is a safe and effec- tive anaesthetic method, with the advantage of less pain and dosage of anesthesia.
