金双歧活性菌联合富马酸亚铁治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的临床效果观察

Observe on clinical efficacy of golden bifid combined with ferrous fumarate on children with iron deficiency anemia

目的探讨金双歧活性菌联合富马酸亚铁治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血(IDA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将本站2009年6月—2012年11月间入选的90例IDA患儿按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组46例与对照组44例。对照组患儿给予富马酸亚铁补铁方案,治疗组在此基础上联合口服金双歧三联活菌片,疗程均为2个月,比较两组患儿的血常规、血清铁、网织红细胞(Ret)计数指标及临床疗效。结果 (1)治疗后两组患儿血常规指标、SI及Ret计数均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);治疗组患儿各观察指标较对照组上升更为明显,两组治疗后观察指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组显效率(78.3%)、总有效率(93.5%)均高于对照组(59.1%、84.1%),两组显效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)对照组补铁过程中出现恶心,腹泻、便秘、口腔异味等不良反应共计15例次(34.1%),治疗组不良反应共计8例次(17.4%),未见便秘病例;两组服药期间不良发生发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对IDA患儿进行补铁治疗的同时口服金双歧活菌片能进一步改善肠道功能,促进铁元素吸收,同时能减少消化道不良反应,疗效更佳。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of golden bifid combined with ferrous fumarate on children with iron deficiency anemia（IDA） and its safety. Methods A total of 90 IDA children admitted from Juu. 2009 to Nov. 2012 were randomly divided into trial group （ n = 46） and control group （ n = 44）, The control group was given iron supplementation of ferrous fumarate, and the trial group was additionally treated with oral golden bifid triple viable tablets. After two months＇ treatment, the indexes such as blood routine parameters, serum iron and retieulocyte count, as well as the clinical efficacy, were compared between the two groups. Results （ 1 ） Blood routine parameters, serum iron and reticulocyte count were all improved significantly in both the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the improvements in the above indexes were more significant in the trial group than in the control group, （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （ 2 ） The clear efficiency and the overall efficiency of the trial group were significantly higher than that of the control group （78.3% vs. 59.1% ,93.5% vs. 84.1% ;P 〈0.05）. （3）Total incidences of nausea,diarrhea, constipation,bad breath and other adverse reactions in the control group was 34.1% （15/44）, while that in the trial group was 17.4% （8/46）. None suffered from constipation. There was no statistical difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Iron supplementation combined with oral golden bifid can further improve intestinal function, promote iron absorption and reduce gastrointestinal tract reactions in the treatment of IDA.
