摘要
采用新工艺合成了紫外线吸收剂苯基-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)丙二酸二(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基-4-哌啶)酯(PMPP).苯基丙二酸二乙酯和N-甲基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇在甲苯中微纳米碳酸钾催化下反应,得到苯基丙二酸二(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇)酯,再在乙醇中与4-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苄基氯反应,得到产品PMPP,总收率为80%.通过1 HNMR和13 CNMR表征了化合物的结构.
New method for the synthesis of I_IV absorber PMPP was developed. Bis-(1,2,2,6,6-penta- methyl-4-piperidinyl) ester phenylmalonic acid was synthesized from diethyl phenylmalonate and N-methyl- 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol catalyzed by micronano-K2 CO3 in toluene,and then it reacted with 4-hy- droxy-3,5-di-t-butylbenzyl chloride in ethanol to give PMPP. The influence factors were investigated. The optimized overall yield was 80 %. The target product was characterized by means of 1 HNMR and 13 CNMR.
