摘要
不引入其他还原剂,在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和铂镍前驱体存在的条件下,采用直接热解方法,在MWCNTs表面制备出Ni掺杂的铂基催化剂(PtxNiy/MWCNTs).通过XRD和EDX的测试证明了Pt—Ni纳米颗粒在MWCNTs表面的生成.TEM的照片表明样品颗粒的平均粒径在4~8nm.在碱性溶液中,利用CV方法测试了制备的PtxNiy/MWCNTs催化剂对乙醇氧化的电催化行为.结果显示,Pt1Ni1/MWCNTs在所制备的催化剂中对乙醇的电化学氧化具有高的催化活性.
In the absence of other reducing agents, multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) suppor- ted Pt-Ni bimetallic catalysts were prepared for the first time by a facile method of pyrolysis. XRD and EDX analysis strongly demonstrated the formation of Pt-Ni nanoparticles on the surface of MWCNTs. TEM images revealed that the average particle sizes ranged from 4 to 8 nm. The electrocatalytic activities of Ptx Niy/MWCNTs towards ethanol oxidation reaction (EOR) were investigated by CV, revealing that the catalyst of Ptl Nil/MWCNTs has the best electrocalytic activity toward EOR among the as-prepared cata- lysts.
