噻二唑硫化体系对CM/XNBR共混物性能影响研究

摘要 本文研究了噻二唑类硫化体系用量对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)/羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)共混硫化胶整体交联密度及热空气老化前后的物理机械性能、耐油等性能的影响规律。结果表明,焦烧时间随PT75或903的增加均呈现减小趋势,硫化时间随PT75的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,随903的增加呈下降趋势,MH-ML随PT75的增加呈增长趋势,903的增加对MH-ML影响较小;体系松弛时间随PT75含量的增加呈减小的趋势,903对松弛时间影响较小;常规条件下,拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和撕裂强度随PT75或903的增加均先上升后下降,100%定伸应力随PT75的增加先基本不变后明显增加,903对100%定伸应力影响较小,体积磨耗量随PT75的增加呈下降趋势,随903的增加呈上升趋势,硬度整体变化不大;当PT75或903含量较高时体系具有较好的耐老化性能。 This paper related to the influence rule of the physical and mechanical propertiesgas and oil resistance performance of CM/XNBR blends before and after overall crosstinking density and the hot air aging effected by the amount of thiadiazole curing system. The results show that, with the increase of the PT75 or 903 ,the scorch time showed a trend of decrease;curing time increased with the increase of PT75 and then tend a downward trend, decline with the increase of 903 ; MH-ML increased with theincrease of PT75 and be less effected by the increase of 903. System of relaxation time decrease with the increase of PT75, and less effected by 903; In normal condition, the tensile strength, breaking elongation and tear strength will increase by increasing PT75 or 903, and then decrease. 100% stretch stress is along with the increase of PT75 basically remaining unchanged and then increased significantly which is less effected by 903. Volume abrasion value with the increase of the PT75 showed a downward trend, with the increase of 903 rising, and the hardness is not change; the system has good aging resistance when PT75 or 903 at a higher level.
